The Carrier QPA Xpression series is designed and built in Australia to withstand the extremes of the Australian climate. It will perform in places as varied as the snowfields in sub zero temperatures to the deserts at 50°C. The Carrier 38QPA Xpression series is the result of over 30 years experience in design and testing air-conditioning products in the Australian market. Our Australian factories are continually updating their designs to incorporate the latest technology available using the finest materials. The Carrier QPA Xpression series is a highly efficient range of air conditioners, already exceeding the requirements of the Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS) proposed for 2007.
 Carrier QPA Series
The Carrier QPA Xpression outdoor unit has been designed to minimise noise levels and is significantly quieter than other air conditioners. It even has a night mode setting to reduce noise further and has additional acoustic options available. These include acoustic compressor hoods that can reduce noise a further 1-2 dBA across the frequency range.
The Carrier QPA Xpression series is built with Australian requirements in mind. The chassis construction is solid yet compact, the condensing unit has an attractive rounded shape, and a choice of indoor fan coil units, allows you to select the right system for your application.
All indoor units feature high power fans that provide smooth, quiet operation yet have the extra capacity needed to provide distribution in larger style applications.
Because this range is made right here in Australia, it already has everything you need to suit typical installations. However, if your application is a little out of the ordinary, we'll have some options that can further customise or tailor the equipment to suit your needs.
These include acoustic options, as well as a range of mechanical and anti-corrosion options to suit coastal or sites with less than ideal ambient environments.
